We are now taking applications for the 2009 Flying Start Entrepreneurship Fellowship.
The Flying Start Entrepreneurship Fellowship, now in its third year, takes the best entrepreneurial talent from UK universities and links them with the entrepreneurial environment in America. The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage UK graduates to develop scalable high intensity businesses.
The Fellowship consists of:
- 6 months in the UK where Fellows work with their sponsor university to develop their science, technology or engineering business idea.
- 6 months in the US as Kauffman Global Scholars where they work with top entrepreneurial universities and intern in leading innovative companies.
In order to be eligible for a Fellowship you must be from a UK university and developing product ideas in (the) science, technology and engineering related areas.

The deadline for applications is 5:00pm on the 2nd May 2008.
Applications are not accepted from individuals, and you will need to be sponsored by your University. Each application will be verified to ensure that the University has agreed to be a sponsor.
