Understanding Bullying & Harrassment

We have developed a new course which helps staff and managers to understand the issues around bullying and harrassment at work. The aim is to reduce incidents of bullying and not only reduce potential law suits around this but enhance the work atmosphere and increase performance, team working and well-being at work.

The course links in to our equality and diversity training but can be run separately or alongside. They are best run in-house (or at least, with a number of your own staff together).
