Yahoo Mash was touted to be Yahoo's answer to MySpace, Facebook and Bebo and as the latest in social networking were hoping it would be big. Mash attempted to enter the already crowded social networking arena and has failed with the announcement that on the 29th September it will close and users will no longer be able to access anymore. Yahoo seemed to me to be taking an awful lot of time ironing out kinks and getting ready to scale up to full release and scaling over a year or so was a big mistake...
