NLP opened my eyes (again)

I've just completed a seven-day intensive course to become a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and feel the need to share some of my thoughts.
Have you ever been through a wringer but instead of coming out all two-dimensional you are so full of new, interesting and amazing stuff that three dimensions don't seem enough? It's an astonishing experience. And in the process you learn a lot about yourself, opening doors that have, perhaps, been closed for a long time. I have to say that I feel more alive now than prior to the course - noticing more with all five senses!
One of the many things of value is that I can now relax. I mean REALLY relax and let my mind wander. Now, this could potentially be a scarey thing, I know, but so far I've had nothing but positive experiences. I've made decisions about stuff that I've been putting off. I've opened up all sorts of new possibilities. I've overcome procrastination and so on.
NLP is a such a powerful enabler that I'm surprised it's not used more widely. As a life and corporate coach I can see that it will enhance and strengthen the assistance I can offer to those who are "stuck" or unsure of what they need to do.
I heartily recommend NLP to everyone, either as a practitioner or as a recipient. It can really change your life and your work for the better.
