Hot Desking
Sometimes when organizations grow too quickly, they need to move to a situation where staff are sharing desks instead of having a dedicated desk (which, if they are out with customers a lot, is often empty). Yet there are some issues with transitioning staff to this situation. This short briefing note suggests how to handle this.
