I am wanting to try and use the hub/branch to pull together an event on the future shape of applied psychology - this could link well with hpc registration and the impact that is going to have. I am happy to do a lot of leg work and have the backing of my nhs trust and support within brighton and sussex universities. How do I move this forward in the branch/hub?

Apart form being a useful event in its own right it would also be a great networking event for the new hub?

I think that is an excellent idea Richard,

I should imagine it would be worth doing this as a whole branch thing, or one per hub, depending on how you think it would work best.

I was not able to attend the AGM due to lecturing commitments, but I am hoping that this was discussed.

Richard, did you manage to raise this idea (I did mention it to the Chair, Alan Gilbert).

sorry for radio silence i also didnt make the branch agm but I am going to the annual conference in dublin where there is a symposium on the future of applied psychology I need a small group of susex people from the differing parts of applied psychology to help shape and deliver this i will write an outline proposal soon but would welcome ideas/collaborators
