Hello Ruth
I'm just trying to get to grips with things at the moment. Using discussion boards is new me!
We are planning a couple of talks before summer sets in. Mid April and in June. The first on the subject of sleep and the second I will know more after a meeting this evening!
What is your area of interest?

Dear Sue,
I'm a post-grad student at CCU, a psychotherapist, and an Autogenic Therapist. There's currently a study underway on the impact of Autogenic Training on insomnia and sleep -
There have been past studies showing its good effects on sleep...
Please will you look at my website and email me?
I don't seem to be getting information on when the Reading hub is meeting - how do I get on the list?
