3members Training and development policy example

I know a number of small companies who forget the importance of training and developing their staff (and some others who are excellent!)

A recent study I was involved in demonstrated very low expenditure on training in some organizations, and a complete lack of policy or guidance.

I thought it might be helpful for some members to have a copy of an example policy, you can just add your name in at the beginning - but the important thing of course, is to live by it and develop your staff, it pays in the end!

kind regards
Stephanie

Thumbs up Re: Training and development policy example

It is really a good example. and gives you a good guide in how to write a simple policy.

I will use it. Thank you Stephanie.
