Questionmark11 Set up a Company or Partnership - which one?

Hi Bizface,

I need to be able to set up a partnership - will probably set up a company shortly - to take to the market a research, testing and publishing house. I wonder if anyone has done this out there? Or do you think I should go straight to forming a limited company to avoid any liability issues?

I have found lots of information on agreement templates an example below for less than a fiver - but I am still torn by this "set up a company or not first"!

Cheers

Royston

Hi Royston,

I've only just joined this networking forum so am probably too late to give you some pointers on this posting.

Assume you are all set up and running now?! If so, how are things going?
