In much of my research people have told me that particularly differences in organisational culture can make a difference to the success or otherwise of outsourcing contracts (see also a chapter in my new book by Brigitte Cobb on this aspect).
In conjunction with the NOA I am working on a survey to assess what aspects of culture impact on outsourcing and what best practice advice may be to reduce problems.
Everyone who takes part will be entitled to a copy of the final report, which will give detailed advice on the subject.
