Fat person face the problem when buying clothes.Design more clothes for them.Right?

Actually you have touched on an important issue in healthcare. As providers of health care organisations are now required to discuss problems related to being overweight and offer advice on losing weight to patients - but also to staff.

How can that be handled in the most sensitive manner?

Any suggestions?
