If you do not have a Health & Safety Policy, it is worth developing one asap - here is an example attached which you could develop for your own business.
All you have to do is a find on 'your company name' and replace it with your own company - obviously check the detail as some of aspects covered may not be relevant.
And as with all policies - it is only useful if it is acted upon!
