Hi all!

My name's Emma Wortt but please call me Em (don't get me wrong I love my name, but being called Emma takes me right back to being told off by mum! Em is much more friendly!).

I'm based near Fareham in Hampshire and live with my 6 foot 5 rugby playing husband and 2 wonderful daughters aged 6 and 1.

I work from home - finding the time around my daughters' needs, school runs, husband's work etc.

My business, Em-powering U (cool name huh?), is aimed at self employed people/those running their own small business. I coach the individual who runs the business to empower them with the knowledge to set powerful and effective goals; design the future of their business; breakthrough any limiting beliefs that are holding them back; to be organised; find the time; maintain high levels of motivation; and to have the belief in themselves and their business to reach their goals.

I write a free newsletter with inspiring and motivating articles (you can sign up for it at www.em-powering-u.co.uk ). I like to offer a multitude of different ways of receiving coaching including e-courses, teleseminars, face to face workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.

Oh and by the way I hold a motorbike licence and when I was in London used to be a motorcycle instructor! Haven't ridden since having the girls though! Ah well...

Hi Em,

I was just curious that was all. No particular reason. I did my NLP training with the coaching Academy, along with Corporate & Executive Coaching, and at the time John Cassidy-Rice was taking the course. He is fantastic and is based on the south coast somewhere.

Business is starting to pick up now after a very quiet few months. I hope you are getting some good leads too.
