Default Be concise, polite and friendly

Dear Liz

My first tip would be to keep the message concise and of course to ensure that the message is in a polite but friendly tone. I would also advise against using things like capitals, abbreviations or 'text speak' as it often does not come over very well.

I am sure others will have comments!

kind regards
Stephanie

I find it really helpful to read what people have said in the forums and look at their interests - then I can ask them something that I know they are interested in. Of course, I am hoping that everyone here will be friendly anyway!

Thanks to the both of you, and sorry for the late reply. I've been a little under the weather recently, but I'll be sure to check back on the forums as frequently as I can.
