Channel 4 is producing a new primetime factual business series that will look at the unique relationship between an organisation and its customers. If your company recognises that customer satisfaction is crucial to your success, then Channel 4 would like to hear from you.
Astonishingly, an average unhappy customer will tell 10 people about a bad customer service experience, but almost all of them will fail to tell the people who can do something about it – the company itself. Now, Channel 4 is giving three companies the chance to benefit from the ultimate customer feedback by asking businesses to invite two of their customers to work with them. With the guidance of a panel of experts, the customers will spend time within the business coming up with innovative ideas that will help improve the company’s service to the consumer which will, in the long term, create a positive impact on the business.
