Decision Dimensions has developed a new Psychological test that identifies key cognitative processes involved in effective decision making. We are developing a set of consulting tools: workshops, test materials and decision making exercises to support the new test. These tools can be used as a coherent set or embedded as part of a consulting practice such as mentoring or coaching. We will be interested in learning from consultant practitioners who would like to use this approach within their own business.
