Personality testing, the NEO, individual differences and work behaviour
I produced a presentation for one of my classes at Kingston, and thought it might be helpful to add it here.
It does highlight the strengths and weaknesses of psychometric personality testing for work environments, explains the Big 5 and NEO, and briefly also the MBTI. One day I will try to do this with my voice-over so that you can understand the detail and arguments more clearly, but for now I hope this is of interest.
