Default Relaxing at work

Hi

Businesses in some parts of the World allow their employees to have a 30 minute nap daily and also provided them with rest rooms. Research has also shown that these employees become more motivated after a rest.

What part of the country are you from and does your employer provide rest rooms and allow you to have a nap daily.

This has not been planned in the UK as yet but I think it would be a great idea if it was.

Thanks

Hi GKD - yes I saw some research on this and it seems like a good idea - companies will need to be persuaded that it really does improve performance or else they will only see it as a wasted half hour.

It would be really interesting to know if anyone here does this?
