According to Computer Weekly, the use of Prince 2 is certainly no guarantee of success, as they cited a number of 'failing' government projects all of which use Prince 2 methodology.

However these are absolutely huge projects and perhaps it is unfair to blame the process. We use it for all projects at Crosslight, and it works well, but perhaps it depends on how you use it and how carefully the principles are applied? Or does Prince 2 tend to ignore the people side of things? (We put them in very explicitly ourselves).

Anyone else using this have any comments?
