Telegraph Credit crisis Britain: Banks stifle investment in Cardiff property market

Richard Hayward is boss of Richard Hayward Associates (RHA), a Cardiff-based property investment company with a value of £260m. The group has a substantial shareholding in Hawtin, the AIM-listed property developer where Hayward is chief executive.
