Telegraph Kazakhmys profits drop despite commodity boom

Royal Dutch Shell is planning a full evacuation of workers on its oil and natural-gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico after predictions that Tropical Storm Gustav will strengthen into a hurricane as it crosses the area.
