Citigroup gets the dance partner it never wanted

Citigroup has a new dance partner but it is certainly not the one it would have wished for. Having eyed up Wachovia and enjoyed the odd flirtatious telephone call with Goldman Sachs the Wall Street giant has ended up with the girl no one wanted. The US Treasury herself.
