Just read an article suggesting that people are returning to the office rather than work from home at the moment - primarily because they are worried that they will be the first to lose their jobs in the current downturn.

Most of this is based on a survey by Microsoft - but I have to say that other research certainly supports the view that people are concerned that working from home reduces their chances of promotions etc., at work, and that they may be right!
