How well did your report reflect you?
"It was spot on!"
Being honest, how accurate was the section on likely reactions to stress? How will you use the knowledge if it was accurate?
"It was again, spot on! I have done quite a lot of work on this myself recently, so I am aware of what stresses me and what I can do to reduce stressful situations, and have implemented changes to the way I approach things, and what I choose to take on. The report summarised my own findings with a very high degree of accuracy."
What was your reaction to the job fit section?
"It is just right – the one difference would be in the section where I wasn’t working in my ideal environment – it said I may feel ‘sad and depressed’, actually the feeling I’d experience more is ‘frustration’, which wasn’t one of the words used."
How will you use all the information you received?
"Will print it off and put it on my notice board to remind me of why I’m now doing what I’ve chosen to do, and to keep in mind what it is that I love so much about my present occupation!"
